Dana Tate

Dana brings 15 years of healthcare experience to her work at Elite Senior Services, along with a 24-year background in hotel sales and marketing and a lifelong connection to medicine — her father was a physician, and the healthcare world has shaped her from the very beginning. Families count on Dana because she is always available, and her compassion, knowledge, and dedication to earning their trust are evident in every interaction. Passion is not just something she brings to the work — this career, in her own words, has completely completed her.

When she is not with families, Dana is out walking 2 to 3 miles a day with her cocker spaniel, Tater, unwinding with true crime, hitting the slopes — a nod to her Wyoming roots — or in the kitchen cooking and laughing with the people she loves. For Dana, this work is deeply personal. Her own family navigated the confusion and complexity of Alzheimer’s care with her mother, and that experience drives everything. She knows firsthand how hard that journey is, and showing up to soften it for other families is exactly why she does what she does.
