Susan brings 9 years of experience in senior placement to every family she serves. Known for her attention to detail, understanding, and insightfulness, Susan works alongside families with care and intention. A perceptive and mindful listener, she communicates clearly and leads with compassion at every step of the process.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends. For Susan, helping people has always been a calling. Supporting individuals and families through what is often an entirely new journey — and making sure they feel guided and never alone — is work she finds deeply meaningful.
