Families find it easy and comfortable to open up to her about their concerns and the care needs of their loved ones — a quality that makes a real difference during an emotional process.Her clinical background as a registered nurse gives her the ability to have the necessary conversations to fully understand both the physical and emotional needs of everyone involved in a placement decision.
Outside of work, Jonilynn is a Certified Pet Therapy Team with her black Lab, Kenny. For Jonilynn, this work is about being a steady guide at life’s most pivotal moments — helping families find a clear path forward when they need it most.
